The Sokolis Group wants to motivate the transportation sector into a carbon neutral industry by offsetting or reducing GHG emissions.
Carbon offsetting is a way of compensating for the harmful emissions produced and released into the atmosphere with an equivalent carbon dioxide savings. The process of carbon offsetting involves two stops: calculating fuel consumption and the carbon footprint followed by purchasing carbon offset credits from emissions reduction projects that are preventing or removing an equivalent amount of carbon dioxide from our atmosphere.

How we do it?
- The Sokolis Group has identified both the EPA's program SmartWay and the Chicago Climate Exchange as platforms to invoke progress.

We have the ability to reduce the effects of global warming by releasing less and offsetting more carbon dioxide. The is a global issue which requires attention from environmentally conscious individuals and businesses alike doing their part in reducing their respective levels of CO2 emissions.
